This class is designed for those students with a minimum of 3 months experience in the air on a hoop! In this session, we will start to move into dynamic skills and begin to work fun sequencing and creative transitions!
This class is designated for those students with a minimum of 3 months experience in the air on fabric! We'll begin to explore sequencing, drops and creative transitions!
This class is for our competitive track teens looking to learn big drops, brainy sequencing and have fun flying with friends! Must have pre-approval from our coaching staff to enroll.

This session will be focused on building some killer upper body and core strength using a series of progressions on the aerial loops and straps starting from the ground up.
This class is targeted specifically towards working ALL of our muscles, just upsidedown and spinning! Whether you are working towards unlocking new skills on the hoop or looking for a fun full body workout, this session will not disappoint!
Bring your best friend and/or partner in crime to explore a fun filled hour of duo aerial work! We will work on multiple apparatuses while making some epic human shapes and supporting one another along the way!
Just looking to add another workout in for the week? Need extra performance rehearsal time? Come join us...just know your entertainer for the hour will not be teaching new skills in this block.
